Mather`s Maulers got YCW off to a good start for the day by gradually wearing away a tenacious Redleg Unders side and running away in the last Q, kicking 5.1 to 1.4, with a final score line of 18.9.87 to 8.14.62.
Players to show out were Gibbsy, Nada and Smurf Smrdel, with 11 of the boys bringing up the twin calicos !!

Schneider`s Silky Seconds on the other hand had an all day battle with the Mounty Magoo`s only breaking away in the last with some wildly innacurate kicking 3.7 to 1.3 to go to the showers 8.15.63 to 5.7.37
Good players for the Stonecat`s were conspicuous by their presence but Hutch, Bodley and Paul Wintle showed out with Chappy bagging 3..A morning well spent!!

Action man Bundy Barry clears from the backline with Dale backing up !!

Bugs Battlers had a hard fought tustle with the Mounties, much as the first game went when we went down by 7 points in the last minutes of the last Q. Level to half time, the mounties gained a 2 goal lead late in the 3rd Q due to some loose play on the backline which they were able to hold to the final siren despite some hot opposition. The final scoreline of 11.9.75 to 9.8.62 didn`t due justice to our efforts with the Stonecats having many chances to run away with the game.
My best from an even side were the `Big Unit`who won all around the ground and kicked 2 valuable goals, Ando, Dylan and Bundy.
Good form, were there much better things on the horizon ?? Only time would tell.
