Talented young back man who can run all day and can kick goals. Very speedy and elusive with a good kick and strong hands has perfect balance. floats!!
Recruited from YCW Juniors and played his first senior game in the 6th Rd last year whilst in the Under18s.
Missed out on a spot in the YCW under 18 Premiership side by being picked in the loosing YCW Senior Grand Final side.
Son of the late Brendan Brown who played 7 senior games in the early 80s. Good judges expect a huge future for this lad….What I said in 2005!

Cemented his spot in the backline in 2006 playing on the more mobile opposition forwards and providing a springboard for
attack out of the backline.. At only 19, still growing and developing and 2007 should see him starting to show his true potential.

Played some really god football in the opening rounds with the Reserves and was rewarded with a spot in the Ones in round 7 but was not able to hold his place and was dropped after 3 games . Came 6th in the Reserve B&F awards and polled in 10 rounds so had a reasonable year in a very good side but continues to have trouble at the selection table impressing the wise men !!..
